Solo Smarts #96: Cindy Bidar Wants You To Be An Indispensable VA

cindy-bidarCindy Bidar of Educated VA is my co-host on the show today.  Cindy is one of the most highly respected Virtual Assistants in the industry, really she’s outgrown the title as she’s more of a Business Manager or Project Manager for her clients.

She has a brand new opportunity coming up for Virtual Assistants that I wanted to chat with her about.  The Build a Rockin’ VA Biz Bootcamp starts in the first week of May.  If you want to know how to make yourself more valuable to your clients and create more long term financial stability for your Virtual Assistant business, you’re going to want to get registered for this Bootcamp.

Early bird pricing runs til the end of April, which means you’ll save $50 if you signup before then.

Come To Meet Me In Toronto!

  1. I really enjoyed listening to your conversation, Cindy and Kelly. You both gave me confidence to stick with my rates because I know they’re what I’m worth – and that it’s okay to increase them as I gain even more experience and take on more intricate roles. I loved Kelly’s idea of 10 x 10 x 10 {have you trademarked that yet? LOL}. Great show!

    • Thanks Erika! I’m so glad you enjoyed it! Isn’t Kelly just brilliant with that 10 x 10 x 10 plan? I’m going to start advising new VAs to do that very thing.

And you’re absolutely right, when you know your worth and have the confidence to put your skills and expertise out there, you’ll begin to attract the perfect clients and you’ll love your business even more. Best of luck to you in your journey!

  2. Excellent show. Really enjoyed listening to Cindy (and Kelly) talk about rates, long-term clients and more. I picked up a lot of great advice and will definitely be joining Cindy in her bootcamp!

  3. I remember a few years ago when you stepped away from the corporate world. At that time we were very much in the same boat. It’s wonderful how you’ve taken off with your business. I am still in the corporate world but very much enjoy my job while supplementing income. Your bootcamp sounds like what I need to become a sought after VA.

Kelly your strategy for getting a feel for multiple industries is awesome. Keep the ideas coming.
