Solo Smarts #32: Amy Wright, Matchmaker for Marketers Who Need a VA

Amy Wright has created a unique niche for herself on the online marketing world.  Amy explains her business: “Sometimes you need to hire someone… just to hire someone. Ads, resumes, references, background checks, phone calls and emails trying to find that “perfect fit”. I use my HR ninja, virtual-assistance magic, and administrative moxie to virtually duplicate you in a matter of days. Cool, huh?”

Yes Amy, very cool!

  1. Hi Kelly, this is a great interview. I’m from overseas, Philippines to be exact, and I have to say that I totally understand Amy’s reservations in hiring a VA from here. I just hope that we can change that impression soon because many Filipino VAs are really hardworking.

    Thanks!!

  2. It is a bit late for Christmas presents. The vast majority of mine were wrapped and delivered 2 or 3 weeks ago. I wanted to make sure that they were in the right place in case I could not get back there in December due to the weather. It has happened before.

I started Christmas shopping on the way back from visiting the family last Christmas. Collecting bit by bit when I see bargains is far better than going into debt.

  4. What a cool and smart business idea. I love that it’s a one-time payment, too. I am definitely interested and I haven’t even listened to the show yet.

Off to do that right now. Thanks, again, Kel, for sharing your awesome connections with us.
