Wowwee this week has spun by fast! The Winter Conference for Moms has been rocking :) We’ve had anywhere from 15-40 Moms in attendance for our sessions and the discussions have been really stimulating. If you’ve missed the live sessions, you can still register to receive access to the recordings for free.
I gave myself permission to sleep in this morning, but ended up awake by nine anyways. (Yeah, I know – that IS sleeping in for most moms isn’t it?)
I had to make a run to the post office to mail out the prizes that we’ve given away so far. Nothing big, just chocolate candies and McDonald’s Arch cards. Today I have some Starbucks gift cards to give out… yum! (I’m sipping my Cafe Mocha as I type this.)
I also picked up the first bundle of postage that I need to mail out the First Quarter Issue of The WC Mini Mag! I was hoping that my issue would be light enough to qualify for regular first class postage (39 cents) but no, it’s still 63 cents each darn it! (Yes, the majority of the postage costs still come out of my own pocket – so please buy advertising because we’ll be working on the second quarter issue before you know it!)

On the mailing cost, have you looked into using bulk mail? We did that where I used to work and it really doesn’t take much extra time, you can order the labels by zip and basically they are already sorted.
