  5. FPE Services says:

I'm so on this challenge. A little nervous but it's time to get out of my comfort zone and stretch myself a bit more. I already started stretching myself by deciding to write my first info product that I'm hoping to sell via may madness (so nervous). So another stretch couldn't hurt.

Might as well keep stretching while the momentum is there.

  6. Count me in! Sounds awesome!

  7. Genesis says:

What a great challenge!I'm in. I actually think I should do this for both my online businesses. :) But I'll start with At Home Mom.

  14. Kelly Mccausey says:

LOL! Who needs another deadline, right?

  15. Virtual Team says:

Sometimes I think you read my mind. This is what I need is a place to go in order to make myself accountable. I've already entered the challenges into Mindmapping.

As someone else stated there is always that fear factor but over the last six months I have come a long ways with my subcontracting niche, I can go that much further.

  36. BusyMommaVal says:

I'm in for Once A Week Cooking.

    * I did some goals and dreams.
    * Wrote simple mission statement. Hmm, it needs some work.
    * Identified 3 primary points. These 3 general points were pretty easy to hit so that makes me happy.
    * I tried to get it into my about page, but I know I will need to review this a couple more times for it to make me happy.

  37. Virtual Team says:

Week one is done. I hope to pickup the pace a little. My three known points I want to be followed for:

    1. Virtual Subcontrators 2. Multi VAs Find Subcontractors 3. Virtual Business Software

Kelly, my biggest challange is writing. However, I'm going to bite the bullet and try writing myself. If not, I'll subcontract it:) I know lots of VAs that love subcontracting projects. My plan is to take one point at a time vs all three . Thanks again

  38. Kelly Mccausey says:

    Way to go Felicia!

  39. Kelly Mccausey says:

I think that About pages area always morphing a bit arent they?

  40. Kelly Mccausey says:

Sounds like a good plan! I wish you the best with the writing :)

  43. Nikki Brown says:

I have my “About” page nearly ready with the mission statement and points I want to be known for. I am still dotting i's and crossing t's but plan to post it here tomorrow. Thank you Kelly for getting me off my tail end. :)

  44. Christi says:

I don't have a business per sey, but I have a blog that I would like to turn into a business that I enjoy.

This is the perfect opportunity! I'm in. Will start my *thinking* tonight.

  45. Nikki Brown says:

OK, here is my “About Me” page where I have my mission and three value points. If anyone would like to give me feedback, I sure would appreciate it. I'm still working on the rest of the website though. http://coachnikkib.com/about/

  46. Mónica says:

    I'm done with:
    -mission statement/primary points
    -about page
    - welcome email
    -3 first articles
I still need to ask my VA to distribute the articles.

  47. Genesis says:

Ok, it took me a bit, but I've done up to changing my About Page, which I realized was pretty out of date, anyway! I'm working on the email welcome letter and articles this weekend.

  48. Nikki Brown says:

Whew! I have been working all day on my website and I am stretched so far I don't know if I'll ever go back to normal. :) I have covered all the points down to writing the articles so now it's time to rest a bit and then get the creative juices flowing. Thanks Kelly for this awesome challenge. :)

  49. Kelly Mccausey says:

I do see a mission statement in there :) Do you have a larger about page that provides more info about you and your art?

  50. Kelly Mccausey says:

You sure can turn a blog into a business if you really want to!
