Update: I listed my house today!

If you happen to be looking for a nice little fixer upper in Northern Michigan… ;)

I did it! I signed the listing agreement and my little house is on the market!  Now I am praying for a fast sale and a nice little cash sum to come out of it to finance my move and settlement in a nice apartment downstate.

Onward and upward Moms!

    Wow is the only word that comes to mouth every time I think of the fact that you will be moving when your house sells – but hey that’ll give me a reason to take a little road trip once in awhile :-)

    I’ll be praying for the house to sell & finances to cover everything that needs covering :-)
