I vote for LaTara Ham-Ying. I became a fan a few months ago and am thankful I found out about the valuable service she is offering. Her advice has helped me and my family tremendously with living healthier. She breaks down the message and the recipes making it more understandable for everyone and even keeps the meals affordable. Vegan Family Living provides a positive and much needed message. LaTara Ham-Ying manages to make the food taste good too even for the pickiest of eaters!
