What will you remember about 11-11-11?

Surely you’ll remember that it was a Friday, but what else?

Did you start something?  Did you finish something? Did you spend quality time with someone you love? The day’s not over, it isn’t too late to do something to remember.

This Week’s Win: I was very productive and crossed a lot of items off of my to do list.

Speaking of Wins and to do lists, I moved my to do list to Evernote last week and while it’s been a touch awkward to get used to, I’ve stuck with it.

I created a new category named ‘Open Project Notes’.  I moved all of my written notes for each project over into individual notes in that category, then I added checklist items for specific things I need to do.  It looks like this:

Giving up the pen and paper is what’s hard.  Having my notes and to do list accessible from any computer and my iPhone is awesome.

This Week’s Fail: Yellow Hair. (Go read my St. Baldricks Fundraiser update!)

This Week’s Give: This isn’t my give, it’s my friend Lynette Chandler who’s done the giving – but I get to share it with you here and that’s a Give in itself.

Lynette made a WordPress plugin last week, I know she spent a lot of time buried in code until she got it just right.  Then, she gave it away.  How awesome is that?

It’s called Sticky Social Profiles and it gives you an easy way to make your social media profile links available to blog readers without giving them a lot of space on your sidebar.  I love it and put it to use right away. (See the little icon on the left of your screen?)
